Dr. Saraswathy.M better known as ‘Aparna Poomully Mana’ is an Ayurveda exponent and grand daughter in law of thefamed scholar of Indian knowledge systems, kalarippayattu exponent and ayurvedacharya Late Shri. Poomully Aramthampuran. She is the Chief Resident Physician at Poomully Mana (Panchakarma – Kayachikitsa) as well as Poomully Arogayasala (A Speciality Ayurveda Hospital for Anorectal Treatment).
Dr. Aparna’s schooling was unique. Along with the modern school education she had undergone gurukula training (the traditional Indian method of training) under Valloor Sankaran Namboodiri from the age of seven in mugha-mugha style (face to face learning). She was trained rigorously in Sanskrit, Ayurveda, Visha Chikitsa (Toxicology), Bala Chikitsa and more. Thereafter she completed her formal medical degree (BAMS) in Ayurveda. She is adept as an experienced physician with her knowledge for understanding ailments and ayurvedic formulations. After marrying the grandson of Poomully Aramthampuran and her notable skill as an ayurvedic physician made her an important member of the Poomully Mana. While practicing at Poomully Mana she completed her post-graduation in Shalyathantra (surgery) branch of Ayurveda
Along with her attempt to preserve the ancient ayurvedic texts of Poomully Mana, she is pivotal in conducting research on various unique ayurvedic formulations and keeping alive the glorious spirit of Poomully Aramthampuran.

This online talk program (Ayurveda sadvrutham) will have 3 online pre-recorded videos having duration of 33 minutes, 39 minutes and 36 minutes respectively. Total 108 minutes.
Link for viewing the videos will be send to the participant upon joining in the program. Video will be available for a period of 3 hours on Thursdays and Fridays. Participant needs to view the videos online within the time allotted to them.

Fees for registering to view the 3 online pre-recorded online video sessions (Total 108 minutes) will be € 15 per person / INR 1230 per person.
Those who wish to have a live online interactive talk with the speaker on the above subject (for maximum 30 minutes) may apply for the same at the time of joining for the program. They need to attend the pre-recorded video session before attending the Live interactive talk.
The live interactive talk will be conducted through Google Meet. Participant can discuss with the speaker online about the subject involved in the pre-recorded video talk at the date and time allotted to them. Questions ,if any, can be send in advance through email. So that the speaker can directly address on those questions during the live interactive talk.
